Privacy Policy — Easy Communication Messenger (ECM)
This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Communication Messenger (ECM) collects, uses, processes, and protects user data. By using the application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
ECM collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the application:
Phone number — used for account registration and user identification Profile name — stored in the system and displayed to other users Technical information — device type, application version, and diagnostic data from Firebase services (including Crashlytics and Analytics)
Additionally, ECM tracks the number of translated characters solely to enforce usage limits. Message content is not accessed for this purpose.
ECM does not access or read the content of private messages.
Messages are not stored in decrypted (plaintext) form. They are accessible only to the sender and the recipient.
To reduce language barriers, ECM uses Google Cloud Translation API.
Data is transmitted solely for translation purposes Translation processing is subject to Google Cloud policies Automated translation may occasionally produce inaccuracies
ECM applies industry-standard security measures:
All communication is transmitted over secure TLS connections End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) using AES-based mechanisms is applied to messages Camera access is used only for QR code scanning to add contacts ECM does not access microphone data ECM does not collect geolocation data
Advertising may be shown to support free access to application features.
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data.
After verification, the account and associated data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

Terms of Service — Easy Communication Messenger (ECM)
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Easy Communication Messenger (ECM) application. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Users must use ECM lawfully and respectfully.
Use of ECM for the following purposes is prohibited:
Distribution of spam Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior Dissemination of extremist or illegal materials Any other unlawful activity
Message translations are performed using Google Cloud Translation API.
Although translation accuracy is high, occasional inaccuracies may occur.
ECM is not liable for consequences resulting from translation inaccuracies.
Full access to translation features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed via Google Play.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Each subscription includes a fixed quota of translation characters per billing period (monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan).
Unused characters do not roll over or accumulate.
At the end of the billing period, the character limit resets.
Messages are transmitted over secure TLS channels.
End-to-End Encryption (AES-based) is applied to all messages.
ECM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the application implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
